Installation Checklist

We install our aluminium products but here are some tips for the meranti.

  • Check your brickwork, make sure all sides are square and 100% level, especially the bottom level.
  • Please make sure the lintel has been propped for 14 days to prevent it from sagging on the window / door.
  • Please oil the window / door on all 6 sides before installing
  • Make sure the window / door is the right way round and that the glazing bead is on the outside
Following this checklist should help you greatly, the biggest problems we usually see on sites is not oiling on all 6 sides, and the opening not being level and square.
